These are an excellent set of gauges, easy to read and with the four valves it makes it easy to hook everything up.

Great price, great product! Once you use these you will never again use regular guages. You can do three times the work with these plus the titan hose make pulling a vaccum way faster.

This manifold is perfect for working with A/C repair. It is very well constructed and remarkably leak free (probably explains the relatively high cost). I would caution though that there are a couple of "hidden" secrets about this manifold that I had to find out later. The stud in the center of the nozzle that actuates the schrader valve is adjustable. The hose can potentially spray liquid or gas when disconnecting / conecting unless you adjust the center stud to an optimal position. Also, I bought this one because it was quite a bit cheaper than the manifold with the low loss valves. I later had to invest in low loss valves ($60) because quite a bit of liquid or gas can be lost when making repeated connections to the system. This manifold DOES NOT have low loss connections. I've found that manual valves are much better than low loss connections, which can sometimes malfunction.

I like this manifold even better than the previous version (Brute). Only time will tell how it will stand up to the abuse of normal service life but it looks good so far. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars if I could. I would deduct a half a star because the rubber covers for the gauges were not included. But since the software would not let me give a 1/2 star, I went for 5 stars.

I received the gauge set faster than I expected for being in Kansas. I have owned Imperial and Yellow Jacket gauge sets in the past but nothing seems to feel the same as a good pair of Yellow Jacket. They came with the valve knobs loss, showing me the valves are brand new and should have no damage to them from over tightening them. Many people don't realize when you close the valve you should not turn it past the stopping point. If you do it will destroy the O-rings and cause the valves to stick. The lenses are easy to read like most gauge sets. Product came with everything that the description said and the gauge manifold comes with a lifetime warrantee. Also the fittings are all Teflon tape sealed and ready to use right out of the box.
If you are wanting to work on car a/c systems I would recommend purchasing the following:
CPS Products QC14SET Conversion Style Coupler Set R-12 to R-134A
they are good quality for the price and allow you to work on most a/c systems unless you have some special vehicle. I use them on BMW, GMC, Ford, Buick, Pontiac, Chevy, and Cab Tractors. I am sure that many other vehicles I have not listed, but if you want to be certain just look under the hood for the valve connections.
