Good responsivenessJan 28, 2013
By VestilDan Good features -- nice that it is armored, that the display is backlit, and that it has max hold function. Responds very quickly to changes.
Works well nowSep 13, 2012
By aaac service I bought this from another location. I used it to check a few furnaces for a carbon monoxide leak. After checking 3 and finding no co2 I thought I was doing well. The 4th furnace set off the house carbon detector and the fire dept was called. I knew there was a leak but the detector read safe. I boxed it up and returned it to fieldpiece. They had it for a month it came back and I bought a kit to test it its ok now. I did 3 heating and air calls before I found out it wasn't working. Aaac service heating and air Mcdonough suggest you buy a test kit with your unit.
Liked everything about this except the sensor broke offJul 09, 2012
By John Not very durable if dropped the sensor on top will break off. I glued it back on but there was a loose mettalic piece inside that fried the unit when it contacted the electronics inside. I really liked it before that, especially the magnetic clip that was great for doing ambient CO monitoring at the water heater.
