We had a house fire and needed to replace the condensate pump. Knowing the previous pump worked great, we did not hesitate to order another one. We have a fourteen foot high basement, so it needs to push the water up that and all the across the house to the exterior, and it does so with no problem.

I purchased this unit after an identical unit broke down that served me well for 15 years.
I bought my original unit from Grainger (at a much higher price).
That unit handled the corrosive condensate from my condensing boiler season after season.
The original condensate pump (Teel) lasted about 7 years.
I'm not one to knock success, so the decision was easy...this time I also purchased a spare unit.

The pump arrived on time and has worked well. I no longer have to worry if the condensation is being pumped out or not since the pump ordered has functioned admirably.

This is the second time in a little ove a year (just outside warranty time) that we had to replace this pump. When it works, it works fine, but when it doesn't, get the mop ready. Unfortunately, there arent many options for our style heat pump.
